Let’s face it. Terrorism the world over and in India is different. So solutions forwarded by both groups – the - i Spirited group who hail the spirit of living on and carrying on with life in full gusto in the face of terrorist attacks – thereby foiling the very outcome the terrorist wanted to achieve and the - ii Angry group who vent their anger and want to counter terrorism the Israel route – An eye for an eye, will never ever succeed in India. Both parties miss out on empirical fundamental roots of terrorism. The Spirited groups are hazier and their logic is purely based on an assumption. I can’t understand what makes them think that nonchalant attitude to dastardly acts would finally tire the terrorist and failure to reach his goal will shoo him away. It could well be the reverse. It could just give the message to them that 7 train blasts was not enough, and that next time it ought to be 35 train blasts – mind you not few coaches but if possible all the coaches. I am sure that magnitude will only leave the spirited people with just one emotion – Stark Terror. The spirited people will only remain in good spirits till they don’t loose a dear one in one such blast. Unfortunately, human life in India is dirt cheap – rather cheaper – Thanks to our population. In a nutshell the spirited group comprises of people who are ensconced in their secure shell, and when that is the case, then giving gyan comes easy. On the other hand are our friends – Angry group, who want to lash out – but whom do you lash out on? Israel does it everyday – mind you everyday. What you give is what you get or to be more scientifically correct – every action has equal and opposite reaction. So that too leaves us nowhere. And then Israel is a different story – It’s a story of the Jews united against the Islamic neighbors. And my dear – that’s the problem – India has always been a country divided. History stands witness as to how we passed into gloom from glory and from freedom to slavery owing to our inability to stand united. And like it or not we don’t have a choice. We have stayed that way and we shall. Terrorism in India cant be countered easily. Sorry my Muslim friends – but you will have to accept, the whole culture of terrorism, the world over is – By the muslims, Of the muslims and supposedly For the muslims. Whatever the reasons forwarded by Islamic intellectuals as to why this Islamic terror situation arose – the America factor etc, the truth is terrorists world over are mainly muslims. The very basis of Islam has been Either Musalmaan or Momin. Till such time Islam will divide the world into two halves on the basis of religion, terrorism will never stop. An America, which is a Christian state, can stand united against Islamic terror. An Israel of Jews can, but what happens to an India? We have fallen in the worst trap previously – the trap of communal riots. And riots only help the wounds never to heal and actually go on to produce homegrown fanatic Islamic terrorists. Now at this point the Spirited group generally tries to jump in and try to make their point. But how naive they are – what makes them think that a young lad who lost his father in the blast the other day will just forget everything and shall continue with life in a normal way. Why shouldn’t he question – why his father had to die – who were responsible? The boy who has lost his father wants immediate retribution. His anger at his father’s untimely death – mind you Untimely Death is a word frequently used by all of us, but few have stopped a moment to ponder on the import of the word – Untimely. It’s not a mere lip service word. It’s a whole lot of very strong emotion. So what generally is the thought process of such a boy – he has a faceless enemy, but around him he has people who share a similar religious faith with the killer of his father. In his anger, he forgets reason, and his frustrated rage vents on the muslims in his neighborhood. For him – it was a muslim who killed his innocent father for no reason, so anybody who shares any kind of similarity – is his enemy. Its cruel, its unjustified, but its very real. Terrorism in India is a very complex issue and can’t be solved by indifference or by violent mob fury. I think the India fight has to be dealt with strong policing, harsh legal punishment – POTA & TADA (remember most terrorists also love their lives) and by the people. But here the people explanation is a little complex – Here the Hindus will have to maintain vigil and ensure peace, and the Muslims have the crucial and larger role. Sorry to state it – but the terrorists are able to carry on, for they have tacit support from muslims in India. I know many of my muslim friends will hate me and shout at the top of their voice that, it’s not the whole community, but few. But ultimately those few too live within the four walls of the muslim society. How could you not know about people among your group with nefarious movements? Islam in particular which has a religious bonding over and above all religions, where the poor and rich become one while praying, where there are no caste system like the Hindus, and the very known fact that muslims tend to stay clustered more among their own community, and even if in the modern times, nuclear families stay in all scattered localities, yet the pull and bonding of this faith is very strong that all have strong deep roots- To then say that we were not aware of x being involved in terrorist activities holds no water. Yes, in India – the muslims will have to unite against forces, which in the name of the almighty Allah are killing innocent people; only then can we win the fight against terrorism. The Indian Muslim has to show these demonic forces that they are, as the word goes – First and foremost Indians and only then Muslims. Till such time that the feeling is of - Muslims living in India – the forces of terror will keep on penetrating and will succeed. So it lies in the hands of our Muslim brethren to root out terrorism from India. Don’t let the Hindu fanatics get frustrated, loose their patience and then the inevitable Hindu fanaticism anger will only result in another revisit of the 1947 riots. So, my brothers in the name of Allah, lets begin this war of peace.

Dear All,

An eye opener left by an annonymous friend for the cause of reservation. Opens another angle to the whole issue. DO READ. the only answer is EDUCATION DRAFTING

let us try to address this from a different point of view.

The problem:
OBCs are not able to compete with the General category in institutes of Higher Educations.

Solution given by the Govt:
To tackle this problem, the Govt has though of increasing the reserved quota for OBCs by 27%.

This led to protests all over india. Finally Govt decides Rs 8,000 crore extra has to be spent by the Govt to maintain the current quota distribution as well as increase the OBC quota so that the general category seats do no shrink.

Lets find out how effective will this be.
1. Does the Govt has enough funds to handle this whooping Rs 8,000 crores ?
If Govt has so much money (Rs 8,000 crore) to maintain the quota distribution, then why don't they spend this amount to set up good institutions for the economically backward OBCs. I suppose the upper caste OBCs are much well placed and economically quite sufficient to take care of themselves and already they are into good institutions through the current quota reservations. Secondly if these institutes are performing good then companies will throng to these institutes for recruitment because industry recruitment is based on merit and not on caste (though some are trying to impose such things).

2. The OBC students might get through into these institutions of Higher education through their quotas but will they ever pass out of these institutions if their basics, learnt in junior school, are not clear?
Hence the main problem to be addressed is not at the Higher level education but their basic primary and secondary education which has to be brought up to the standard of any city based school. I am confident that then they will be able to compete with the general category of students on a much more healthy platform and not based on caste or category.

3. We are not against OBCs or their betterment. We are against the division of society on the basis of quota. We want a better india, a global india and a better healthy environment for our future generation to grow up.

Whereas in other countries there is no concept of castes or categories such as SC/ST/OBC it is in India that such problems will continue to be a nightmare for not just the General Category of students but in future for the SC/ST/OBC categories as well, if these students are not trained properly and then they are left on the global platform to fend for themselves.

Dear P.M, we citizens have a request. Appear on Television and explain to all Indians why RESERVATION should be implemented. Please be kind to accept

Dear Sir,

We the citizens of this country believe in you; and believe me; probably for the first time ever, your appointment as the prime minister following that of another doyen Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, really made the masses of this country feel that India was now moving towards becoming a true democracy after 50 yrs and that India was truly on the way to shining.

But Sir, the last 15 days have been a topsy-turvy period for you and the millions of this country. We have seen the pressures that are at work. External ones when it comes to Kashmir, the internal ones expected of the kinds of Narendra Modi, who have mastered the art of delivering inciting rhetoric and arouse the thousands of idiots walking the streets, who see burning of fanaa posters and shouting at the top of their voices as their wild card entry into the BJP party. But then what can you do with the likes of Narendra Modi’s who can deliver nonstop nonsense 24 x 7, 365 days.

But, all these are passé. All this become minute as compared to the one profound statement that you have delivered. – That the reservation issue is settled? ? ? ? ?
Mr. Prime Minister, that is not a statement one expects from Manmohan Singh. That statement is for the likes of D.P Yadav, Lalu Prasad Yadav, but not YOU SIR .
And neither can Mr. APJ Abdul Kalam hide behind such one sentence wonders.
Tell us Sir, how would you feel if you were refused a seat because you wear a fancy headgear ? or the other way around – That we offer you admission not because you are good or academically qualified but because you belong to that poor group of fancy headgear tribe. Tell us Sir, what would you feel ??? Both situations are same. As Martin Luther King often would tell the whites, do not hate us. Also do not be overly nice to us. When you are being too sweet you are pitying me. Both are as bad. Sir, Are we then by saying yes to reservation doing the right thing??

And Sir, if reservation was the answer, don’t you think 50 yrs back another very learned man, a man as competent as you academically, but having an edge over you and all of us, since he was a scheduled caste himself, and who went by the name of Bhimrao Babasaheb Ambedkar, would have asked for RESERVATION??? ????

Sir, we all, you and me have lived through 1992, mandal commission days. Sir, do you recall a young boy who went by the name of Goswami. You too must have seen the photograph of that young man going up in flames??? Its not a picture one forgets so easily. Do we want to add such new pictures??? Do we want to see more bullet ridden dead bodies of young men in their 20’s? And why were they shot??? Because they had dreams??? And because they stood up when they saw that dream being crushed by a policy called RESERVATION??? Do we never learn our lessons Mr. Prime Minister? ? It seems Bob Dylan wasted it all years back when he wrote for us - HOW MANY TIMES ,,, THE ANSWER MY FRIEND;;;; IS BLOWING IN THE WIND.
AND SIR, has your statement not reduced to a power and ego struggle. Your statement reeks only of power. How can a group of doctors defy the powers that be? Is that it Sir???
Sir, You are the most powerful man in India today, but Sir, that power flows from us – the millions of citizens of this country. And let me add – The reservation issue is no more limited to medical students or even to doctors, now it involves the masses of India. WHAT YOU HAVE IN THE MAKING IS A NATIONAL ANTI RESERVATION REVOLUTION, IN GOVT OFFICIALESE – A MUTINY. Soon in days to come this will be joined by a whole new generation. By the millions who have just got their 12th std results, since your mis step will actually impact their lives more then anyone else’s. Yes, you will soon be writing history, but not exactly the history you would want to be a part of. Or would Sir, want to be known as the BUTCHER OF MODERN INDIA? ? ?

LASTLY, Sir, We poor souls have a suggestion. If your idea is to bring all levels of society together then commit yourself to EDUCATION. Make education MANDATORY – bring in EDUCATION DRAFTING in this country. Education not in govt schools which are more sources of money making for state govts. But in A + grade schools. Make this happen Sir, give it a decade. You would then surely be the man who kept his promise and purpose to destiny. You would see India shining. Yes, reservation won’t solve anything. It will only foster contempt and increase hatred. Sir, give each child in this country the equal platform of a good education till higher secondary and you will SEE THE DIFFERENCE.

SO SIR, OUR REQUEST – PLEASE READ THIS LETTER AND SIR BE KIND ENOUGH TO APPEAR ON ANY NATIONAL TELEVISION CHANNEL WHO ALSO THINK ON THE LINES OF THIS LETTER AND PLEASE INFORM THE PEOPLE OF INDIA WHY AND HOW YOU THINK RESERVATION WILL BENEFIT THIS COUNTRY.

At the very outset, let me clarify how or what prompted me to write this piece for a friend of mine who happens to be a member of this radical and activist blogsite. I am neither a blogger and least a very tech savvy person. Like millions of Indians, i wake up everyday say my prayers, send my children to school, wish that nothing wrong befalls my family, and go about my work. Everyday bang at 9.30 i am in my chambers awaiting the first patient of the day. Yes, I am a Dr. and practise medicine.

Now how this blog happened. The other day, an old friend, a classmate from school came upto me complaining of recurring acidity. After checking and diagnising him and writing out the medicines, we decided to catch up with on old times over a cup of chai. Thus began my journey. We walked down to our canteen and were sipping chai when the canteen television channel was changed by one of the canteen boys to a news channel. Lo! in front of our eyes were these young junior docs trying to save the onslaught of the water guns being weilded by our very own sadistic D.P, who were gleefully competing against each other trying to aim and drench the girl docs more, with scenes of ooh!lala Zeenat Aman style emerging from the water drenched in her white saree, unfortunately here it was only the white coats. My friend fast on the uptake, shrugged his head and posed me a very innocent question - " He asked - Jatin, you are a doctor yourself. What are your thoughts on this ongoing mass anti reservation movement by all these young doctors ? " Are they justified ? " Now this was a question from the blue, a question i had not even thought about. Here i was a happy practising Doctor, had a nice family and two young toddlers. means reservation or not, was so far away from my life, atleast 20 years. But then 20 years just happen, they fly. yes thats when i started doing some serious thinking on this aspect. And why not ? I had witnessed first hand the days of the Mandal commission, the fall of the V.P Singh govt. The self immolation bid by Goswami, and today i am happy and pray his soul rest in peace, otherwise he would have felt so bad to see all his 90% self infected burns bore no fruits whatsoever. I am still trying to remember the name of the boy who fell to the bullet of some trigger happy rookie, whose seniors would have surely presented him a medal for showing courage under fire, and for discharging his duty in the best possible manner. I remember a road or part of a road or a small park in and around INA mkt was named after him. maybe some old timer from the area may recall faintly. But Yes those were the days. The student community burning and the govt using the govt goondas to thwart it. Yes, i was a passive onlooker. An onlooker who had secured his entry into one of the best medical colleges, so why bother. The only pang i had felt that time was that 2 of my very good and dear friends missed out admission as some poor obc boy who had secured only about 12% less then them had to be given the seat. But then i pacified saying - such is life. But today i am wondering is _ Life Such ? Are we not responsible also for what we make of our lives ?? Today I think so and thus here goes - These are my thoughts and experiences and not of the blog owners. I repeat this is my First blog and probably the last. I hope i am able to communicte certain aspects about this issue to all of you. These are questions and aspects i need answers too.I am a proud Indian and a Dr. today. I hope to be part of the building process of Super Power India. I took up medicine as i always felt that is the way you can touch maximum human lives. A doctor, everytime manages to heal an ailing patient feels a satisfaction which only can be experienced and not expressed. I am sure even today one of the main reasons which gravitate a student to take up medicine is that somewhere down , deep in his / her heart is a feeling of doing good to human kind. To help ease pain, to be able to help the neglected and downtrodden with the help of their professionally acquired skills. Now then why are these very men and women today on the roads ? Why have they blatanly forgotten the Hippocratic oath they took, and left their patients to die, and decided to stage dharnas. Let me take the liberty of publishing the oath for you to understand what it means to be and feel like a doctor -

Hippocratic Oath—Modern Version - I swear to fulfill, to the best of my ability and judgment, this covenant:I will respect the hard-won scientific gains of those physicians in whose steps I walk, and gladly share such knowledge as is mine with those who are to follow.I will apply, for the benefit of the sick, all measures [that] are required, avoiding those twin traps of overtreatment and therapeutic nihilism.I will remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeon's knife or the chemist's drug.I will not be ashamed to say "I know not," nor will I fail to call in my colleagues when the skills of another are needed for a patient's recovery.I will respect the privacy of my patients, for their problems are not disclosed to me that the world may know. Most especially must I tread with care in matters of life and death. If it is given me to save a life, all thanks. So what has taken over these docs ? Are they anti, human progress ? Have they become heartless demons, who dont want to see the downtrodden grow and progress in life. I ask the Powers that be, while Soniaji you are busy pushing your family in the political fray and repeating the history and legacy of dear Nehruji - to successfully create a nehru - gandhi dynasty back in India, have you once even bothered to meet up with the young doctors sitting on a dharna, and braving this heat ? or are you too busy trying to pump up your ahem! - Sports Quota ( Harpoon Shooting ) St. Stephens pass out son to the people of Amethi ? Obviously the trick was simple - front your daughter, look alike of Indira Gandhi and make the poor people nostalgic. Dont think it escapes anybody. But then " Shamelessness" is an art which needs to be learnt and mastered over the years. As for you Manmohan or should we slowly start calling you MacMohan where has all your erudite education drained out - to the Vote Banks ? ? How would you have felt Mr. Singh if you were not given admission on the grounds of sporting a funny headgear ? Mr. Singh thats exactly how my two friends felt 15 years back, thats exactly how my two kids and thousand of other students may feel another 15 years down the line . What say Mr. Singh ? I will only leave you Mr. Singh with a song i am sure you too would have hummed as a youngster in your salad days. -

True some of those idiot sc / st politicos will rant Mr. Singh has a responsibility to the past, and i say yes - BUT MORE SO FOR THE FUTURE. if bringing up the downtrodden is what bleeds your heart - i have a suggestion to make - MAKE EDUCATION TILL HIGHER SECONDARY MANDATORY, BUT PLEASE SPARE THE NAGAR NIGAM GOVT SCHOOLS, WHERE THE TEACHERS ACTUALLY DO PONDER AS - IF TO IS PRONOUNCED TOO, THEN WHY SHLDNT GO BE GOO. PLEASE ITS A LITTLE TOO MESSY AND GOOEYEE. CREATE GOOD SCHOOLS WITH QUALITY TEACHERS AND MANDATORY EDUCATION TILL 12TH AND IN A DECADE YOU WILL HAVE SC / ST DHARNAS WANTING THE WHOLE CLAUSE OF THIS CONCEPT TO BE REMOVED AS IT WAS SEEN AND REALISED 70 YEARS BACK BY NONE OTHER THAN BHIMRAO BABASAHEB AMBEDKAR.

So Soniaji, please come out of private affairs and shed a glance and thought on this burning public affair. You have chosen a very able man, we hope you would take similar decision on Reservation.

i dont know if its me over reacting on the electricity situation in the capital and generalizing it too far by trying to say that guys if that is the situation in the countrie's capital, then what of the rural areas. A brand which has reached the dizzy heights of fame ( infamy) in the sortest possible time. yes, as per sources, Guiness Book of World Records officials were on a short and private visit to check themselves upon claims made for bses by the media.initially they smelled a rat. it seemed like a collusion between the the publications and the bses to garner fame. However to their utter disappointment, they were proved as wrong as the nuclear inspectors who visited iraq. Everything stated by the media was correct to the last decimal. However constant tries to reach the bses area distcoms and the customer service division just rattled the bses motto and philosophy - hum abhi aapke saath hazir honge. Our question to the PM - Sir, what does one do with such an institution ? Previously promises was the realm of Indian politicians, but now it seems its being monopolised by bses. Sir, what is the common middle class Indian to believe when the countrie's capital is bereft of electricity 70% of the day ? what will be the impact of the overdose of reports about India marching ahead, sensex boom, infrastructure on the rise, the red govts in the fray to make international govts and institutions to invest and many such others, when the very basic of necessities - electricity and water are still a major problem. And this at the seat of the countrie's capital ??? one would shudder to think of the rural india. Should one not ne skeptic, that with more industries coming in and with more foreign inst. investing, the pressure on water and electricity will accelerate to draconian measures. What is happening ??? I hope we are not eyeing this so called progress wearing tinted specs a la the kind Powar likes to sport - as the commentators the other day said - it increases night vision. Are our tinted glasses only capable of dreamy vision and letting out the nightmares to come. Sir, we do hope you are not too late in handling this monster to be. To continue part ii of end of Jessica case on 6th march. Yes; friends the case will be shut. Now how will it shut ? Pick up any newspaper, switch on any news channel. Spend the next half an hour and go through the ritual of reading each and every news or see the tv news from begining to end.At the end of the session, you would become an expert in foreign relations, specially on America. You would probably also end up knowing more traits Of Bush; then even he knows about himself. Now close your eyes, and visualize the thoughts that emerge in your mind as a consequence of the last half an hour. I did it; and all i could see was Bush in India. I had followed him to Rajghat, was having lunch at taj palace, went along with bush to meet Sonia Gandhi, and yes i got pushed around by the left front anti Bush rallyists'. I am sure you would experience the same, we all will, as public memory is very fickle and public outrage a hollow bark. Public outrage is a media hyped stimulus controlled by the media, and its nothing more then a temporary trance to vanish in a matter of a few days. Yes, Thats US - the public. And this aspect fools none, except for our ownselves.The outcry begins with a rumble, which clones an approaching earhquake. It makes one feel that the quake will destroy one and all that comes its way. But once the stipulated stimulus is replaced by a new one, all the outrage and the hue and cry silences off with a whimper. YES friends, just a week back the Jessica case was all over the country, but today no channel or newspaper carried any of that news. Not a singe report as to after Surinder Sharma was transferred and the higher officials played the blame game, all is quiet on the Jessica front. For about two days media was chasing and trying to locate the Sharma's. But post 48hrs, they gave up. For now they were to be on the Bush trail. THATS ABOUT HOW STRONG PUBLIC OUTRAGE IS AND HOW LONG IT LASTS. AND THE SHARMAS' AND YADAVS' OF THE WORLD KNOW THAT. THEY KNOW THAT THE COURT WILL HAVE TO DECIDE ON THE BASIS OF EVIDENCES, WHICH THEY ALONG WITH THE POLICE HAVE ALREADY FUDGED.IF ONLY A COUNTRYWIDE PUBLIC OUTRAGE SHALL CONTINUE WHEN DELHI POLICE HAS TO PRESENT THEIR CASE - 19TH MARCH, THEN AND THEN ONLY MAYBE THE COURTS TAKE COGNIZANCE AND THE POLICE UNDER PRESSURE DECIDE TO DO A TURNAROUND AND CRAFTILY MAY COME UP WITH EVIDENCES THAT THEY COMPLETELY MISSED 7 YRS BACK. Are You surprised with the headline of this article / Yes, read it correct?? ? ? ? you should be . . So was i when i glanced upon this particular news. After the initial surprise, i was swept with this feel of utter satisfaction and joy, that we had achieved what we set out to do. it was a win win heady feel. I suddenly felt a rush for we ( all)had defeated the potent mix of money, mucle and a corrupt system. So without wasting another second i started reading the whole story. The story was proof of how, when standing united people can achieve the impossible. Here indeed was a casestudy. It was the same old story of the fight between good and evil, where with diligent pursuance, good does win. So here was the next generation of India. it surely felt good to be part of this new world order. As i read through and reached the last line of the column and in fine print was written - to be continued in tommoro's edition. Yes friends, the story is incomplete and i promise that the first thing tomorrow morning, would be to read the story and key it in, for all of us. So friends, i feel kind of nervous but expecting. learnings' from Jessica case by a former chief justice

Dear all, the Jessica case has been on, for the last 7 yrs. The case threw up lots of interesting faces of the Indian judicial system. It has become a case study for all future generations of lawyers and judges. The jessica case will evershine in the annals of the Indian courthouses. This case in particular has thrown up 3 very academic observations. 1) No body henceforth will ever even try to question the professional capabilities of the much tarnished police force. The police have proved beyond doubt how they can go out and prove black as white and vice versa. 2) For all these years, the judiciary was seen as incompetent. An organization which lacked competent & corrupt judicials. What was more disturbing was the fact that though the judiciary worked in close proximity with the police forces, yet it had been unable to learn the ropes of corruption. But the judge of this case has shown that corruption is not the forte of the police only. That this new generation of judges and lawyers were at par with the police, if not better. 3) The most outstanding conclusion was that for all these years, the judiciary was seen with scepticism for its inability to distinguish people coming from different socio economic groups. it often faltered and use to give outcomes solely on the basis of what they called by the law. This had been a big irritant for many years as one didnt have any guarantee of the verdict outcome. But the Jessica case has successfully shown that the law today has come along way and that it is no more the myopic view of yesteryears but today - the law is different for different people.

I dont know how many times and in what all ways should i thank you all. Without your support, this would have remained just another page scribbled by some unknown india in the huge internet world. So its thanks to each and every person who visited and are visiting the blog. But would want to use this paltform to THANK IN PARTICULAR a media person who we would say its the first person who fired the bullet of justice denied to jessica. On day one, all media except for one particular print paper, just carried the acquital outcome as a mere court reportage. It was a bland 5 line talking about the acquital of x y and z, and that the case was of killing of a model jessica in 1999. i read the news it way it was meant to be, till i picked up this newspaper, which on the very first day carried 3 stories on this famous case. it is this lady journalist who had sharply refreshed our memory and presented the details as it had happened 7 years back. That sharp and incisive piece, is what jolted us, that here; was this incident where, justice was being denied, and here we were going on with our regular work schedule. had we lost it all? had we become such cowards, that we accept such heinous things to happen ? ? Yes that news was responsible for stirring the emotions of many of us and probably if she had not written it in the way she did, probably all forms of petetions happening across the country would not have ever been so. So with all our heart we thank " her" and her bold newspaper which allows true democratic analysis of the news, and just doesnt end in mere reportage.

This is a request letter on behalf of the people of India. We seek your help for the murder trial of Jessica Lal. Yes, Jessica Lal was a regular middle class girl trying to establish a career, like the millions of us. All she wanted was a typical middle class professional life. But alas, it was not to be so, and her life was snuffed within minutes by a bullet fired by a lustful lout belonging to one of those nouveau rich families, the worst lot of the present indian society, what we call - modern India trash.

But the case outcome has been shocking. Everone of us inclusive of judge Bhayana, knows who are the culprits. Indians have always prided that with corruption all around, the judiciary in India is not yet corrupt and is independent from pressures, political or monetary. This case will change that forever.
